That's a real story happened to me and I hope there is no more people be treated like this.
This owner he lie and change all the rules after the girls move in.
All the lies：
1.$125 per week-long only first month after that you have to pay $150
2.All bill including -you need to put the coin for washing machine and air conditioner. $20 for Wi-Fi in the first time (what the owner said because it's a really good Wi-Fi????,which is not working properly ).$30 for cleaning the room (what he said is when people move out, they gonna spray and move the mattress,which never happen when I was there that the other girls move out )
3. Minimum to stay flexible - I asked him before I moved in, and all he told me just like all the girls are happy to stay here so they stay for a while. After that he changed his mind that we have to stay more than 3 months, otherwise you won't be able to get your money back.
Five of the girls was be kicked out last weekend and we didn't get our money back as deposit and rent.
Now we are trying to report him and even we don't get or money back still don't want that happened to another girls.
