I used Gerry and his team to prune back a large tree in my back garden. One of his unskilled workers carelessly dropped a large branch onto my veranda causing significant damage to be done to the panels. I was promised that the damage would be repaired the following day. This didn’t happen and since then, my calls have gone unanswered. I now question if this company ever had the correct insurance in place. If you do decide to use this company and something goes wrong, don’t expect any kind of accountability. Unfortunately, Gerry has no integrity whatsoever.
