About Great Northern Turf

Great Northern Turf is the amalgamation of three of Townsville largest turf farms that have been growing and supplying turf in the Townsville and outer regions since 1988. Our turf is grown in North Qld and is hardy for our conditions. It is suitable to be used throughout the vast regions of the North. From residential homes, commercial sites, school projects, parks, sports ovals and mining projects, GNT has the turf for you. With seven varieties to choose from, the hardest part will be only choosing one. Open Monday to Friday. Weekends and after hours by appointment only.
