Got literally screamed at when trying to get a puncture fixed. I suggest these guys get someone less aggressive, or at least with some manners, to have any hope of retaining customers. This is my local tyre store but I took my business to mycar down the road.
I went to collect my car after a puncture repair I was told that there was an incremental charge due to a second puncture in the tyre. I asked to see the two repairs and the manager Steve became very aggressive and suggested I was accusing them of fraud. Eventually I inspected the repairs (there were two) and agreed to pay the incremental amount. Steve continued to be very aggressive as I paid, and accused me of being rude by asking to see the repairs. I asked him whether it was his business - he claims it is. No wonder they aren’t very busy - I would never go back there. Steve comes across more as a schoolyard bully than a business manager
