Went to Bob Jane TMarts Albany and spent $1800 on tyres and rims and a wheel alignment. They did the wheel alignment and said the toe in and toe out bolts were rusted in and I needed new ones, so they can't finish the job (also charged me for a wheel alignment) they said come back in a few months when you get the new bolts put in. the new tyre wore on the outside edge as a result of not finishing the wheel alignment. Also tyre weights weren't installed correctly which lead to them comming loose and falling off. NOT HAPPY with Bob Jane's service I decided to go to Tyre power on chesterpass road they said that the bolts were fine and if anything they were loose. My advice stay clear of BOB JANE ALBANY the manager is not interested in customer service, very arrogant and rude. Go to Chestpass rd Tyre power they are extremely very helpful.
