Just had to visit the store this Saturday morning. The store was closed but there was an after hours number on the door. I phoned and Lance answered. I explained I had just used my second spare and did not want to go any further without a spare. The very cheerful reply was I will be right up and see if we can help.
Lance arrived, replaced the damaged valve stem and checked the tyre to make sure there were no other issues.
He put the tyre back on the back of the van and would not except anything for his time.
Amazing service, country hospitality and nothing was a problem. What a great advertisement for the business.
