I'm Laurine's husband and I visited the Modbury Bob Jane store Saturday 3 June 2017 to repair a flat tyre. Graham (presume the manager) was very polite & helpful, the tyre we needed repairing was ready when he stated, and he shook my hand after the transaction which is very rare these days (gave me the impression that he respects/cares for his customers). Also, when his employee fitted the wheel, he not only checked the tyre pressure on my spare space-saver, he also checked the pressure and tightened the wheel nuts on all other 3 tyres on the car. Very impressed with Graham and the service he and his staff provided, will definitely go back.
