Took my car because breaks were a bit squeaky. Got a quotation to change breaks for around 200 dollars. Left my car next day. Few hours later I get a phone call saying my brakes probably don't need changing and it's dust on the brake pads. Later on I have a conversation with someone saying the breaks at the front would need changing at some point but we're still fine so I asked if they could just change them to avoid going back.i get a phone call to say my car was ready and it would be 680 dollars. I asked why so much and they tell me my rotors and brakes were finished and the rotors and brakes were metal on metal. I complained that it didn't make sense. I was given conflicting information. My car is new only done 30000 km. Guy at the counter just brushes me off and says pay a discounted price of about $580 and work had already been done on the car. No apology and on top of that got cheap brakes that have already rusted. Should have never taken my car there. I thought they were good and honest but I was obviously wrong????
