I dont know if the doctor is good, but the receptionist taking the call was very condescending, kept referring to me "love" and treated me like an idiot. Was unhelpful, and not the right person for the job.
Failed to answer a simple question" can you please advise when is the next available appointment ",as this all I wanted to know at that stage, and insisted on me keep on reading referral over and over, ( one line,,,).
This had to be the worst receptionist I ever dealt with.
