Organised for someone to look at my car at 12.
No one showed up, at 12:30 I messaged asking if someone was still coming.
I got 4 texts back explaining how a guy was supposed to work but didn't (why you wouldn't call the clients you had to notify them I'll never understand)
Was then advised he would come out at 5.
5:30 hit and no one was there, I tried to call and no one answered, but 30 seconds later when my partner called off a different mobile he answered instantly.
Excuse being the same that a guy had not come to work.
(Even though he had previously had a solution for this)
Complete disregard for people's time, a whole day spent waiting around for nothing.
Disgusting.
