Amazing dealership, I dealt with Gary who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased the car and, very unlike me, the extended warranty which wasn't forced upon me but explained well enough for me to see its value.
The after sales service was great, when I got home and realized I didn't have a spare tire (stolen from the lot which is a common occurrence at car yards) and let Gary know. Within the week I had a new tire and the tire chain and jack etc... nothing was too much trouble and I felt valued as a customer.
Would definitely recommend.
I swore I'd never but from a dealership again after a few bad experiences, but Gary apparentlyconvinced me otherwise. More fool me.
The ute I bought went back several times for several issues, all of which had been apparently missed during their inspections. The 4wd system didn't engage, the heater didn't work, the spotlights were non functional and the battery didn't charge. It went back to get fixed, where I had the pleasure of driving one of their other vehicles - a Nissan Patrol with wheezing air-conditioning unit and scratches on the windows. It didn't matter of course, my car was getting 'fixed' with a 'new' alternator and 'new' battery. Neither items they could provide receipt or proof for. And guess what? Now I need to replace the battery again, and who knows what else. The spotlights still don't work, I've had to replace the speakers, and still need to fix numerous other issues with the car (passenger door not lovingl, passenger window switch faulty, dashboard clock not working, just to name a few).
Let's also discuss the apparently frequent changes in address, as I bought my vehicle from their yard in Vic Park not 5 months ago, and they've already moved again. I couldn't even get down to their new yard of I wanted to, because my dammed car won't even start.
