I bought a toyota camry from them. The advertisement did not mention any issues in the car. The guy assured me that it was a perfect budget friendly and reliable car. Bought the car online, and trusted the dealer, that was my mistake. Car lot of issues, i had to replace a brand new battery, the driver side window is broken and doesn’t work, interior is extremely dirty, the boot liner is completely destroyed and needs to be replaced, lights inside the car doesn’t work bc the switches are all broken, the cover panel near handbrake, has huge cracks, under the bumper looks rusted and missing parts, has not been serviced for ages, completely empty power steering and other fluids. Lot of scratches, dents, hailstorms damage everywhere, car radio broken. The whole car is broken and is a joke. Now the guy doesn’t respond back. The guy’s name is Jason Halliday. I will complain to the “Fairwork ombudsman” and “Australian competition and consumer commission” for misleading and selling defective car without informing me. I would have never bought the car if I knew all these issues. There could be more issues in car, have a full service appointment with a mechanic this week. Will post update if there is any new issue. I still request the guys here to please either return my money or fix the car, if not, I am definitely taking legal actions.
