Have had a disappointing experience with this dealership. The car I bought has had nothing but problems with it and my mechanic highly suspects that the mechanic report we were provided with was made up. I let the dealership know whilst the car was still in warranty that it seemed like there were intermittent faults with the transmission and was basically laughed at and told that I just wasn’t used to driving an all wheel drive. It’s now costing more than the car is worth to get it rode worthy. The car was also sold incomplete as it was missing a radio speaker. After many frustrating trips out to maddington in which the speaker couldn’t be fitted because it was missing a clip and then being sent to Volvo who hadn’t heard anything about the issue I basically gave up and just got my mechanic to order it in for me and paid the extra cost.
