Please refer to the below comment. My experience was exactly like that. Be careful. If you really want a car from there, please do a car inspection first before buying.
They said the Toyota Kluger 2008 (Number Plate S1899AUL) that I was going to buy (Advertised for $16,990) was all good and everything. They handpicked the car to ensure that it is a good quality car. They advised me their RAA approved mechanic also checked the car and everything was good. The brought down the price to $15,250 + on road costs. I agreed to buy pending the car inspection. The report came out:
- Missing roof rack
- Missing remote keyless entry
- Sunroof doesn't function properly
- No record of service for 4 years and major service is required urgently
- Brakes left with 10 and 15% remaining
- Button on handle door lock but not unlock
- Alternator at 13.3V
- Centre bearing dropped
- 40% life expectancy left for the engine.

After $160 spent on the car inspection - Contract cancelled. They taught me a lesson not to trust any dealer who is hungry for profits and willing to cross the business ethics to make a sale. Not recommended.
