Talk about waste of time. For a company that prides them selves on customer service this branch has a lot to learn. Went in looking at a car and spoke to a sales staff about the vehicles I was looking at. I asked to go for a test drive and he said we don’t do test drives unless ur wanting to buy it. feeling like I had to buy that car before they let me test it, unreal. I was there for a specific model and car type but ended up walking out and going somewhere else to look at the same car but with a company more willing to be not pushy and more helpful.
