I recently became the owner of Wangara Auto Centre and was astonished to find that the company has a review section posted on the net. On reading the reviews obviously I am more than happy with the honesty of most. However there are 2 reviews that must be addressed.
The person with the Asian name who inferred racism was most definitely not at my yard. I am a sole trader, have no sales staff and anyone coming in is treated with respect and curtesy.
I have thoroughly checked the register and we have no record of the person who bought a Mazda 6 whatsoever.
It is simply unnerving that half truths and blatant untruths can be posted with little or no opportunity to address nor defend them.

Went to the car yard money in hand to buy a run around car. It was about 3.40 PM 7th June 2018 three salesmen were undercover looking out at the light shower. As my father and I approached and walked into yard the three salesman walked pass quickly no acknowledgement at all jumped in a black Chevy truck and drove off up the road. We thought ok np still look at the blue camry and see if anyone else available. Stood on their front porch for about ten minutes no one. Wow this is the worst service we have seen. Possibly father and I did not look like the type of customers they were after. Very insulted.
