Bought a Hoover stick and it’s battery time started weak within weeks. Due to their commitment of 2 year warranty went to them for fixing. 1st time a lady cleaned the filter and said it’s just filter issue.I told her many time but she said you go back and use it if it does happen again come back and we will send it to warehouse for inspection. Few days after I went to them again and they sent it for inspiration.After couple of days got called and they said your vacuum battery needs to be raplaced and it is not in warranty so you will get charged for that if we replaced.My humble request is that dont pass the wrong informations to the peoples and let them know truth.????????
