Emergency run yesterday as I’d run out of coils and my ‘local’ had none in stock. My friend took me to Cloud 9, saying they had the widest range of products. We were greeted immediately by Tamika and Evan who explained their store did not stock the brand I was looking for, suggested we visit a nearby competitor - and said to come back if I didn’t find what I was looking for and they’d look after me. I thought that was an amazing gesture on their part and was very impressed. So….we returned to Cloud 9 shortly after and I decided to purchase a new vape, extra coils, juice - and I am now a dedicated Cloud 9 customer.
