Long waits every single time, some of the staff can be really rude and bossy, the rooms don’t smell clean and the shop items are up to 70% cheaper online.
But the main reason my boyfriend went elsewhere was because an indigenous man came into the vets with a dying puppy, he didn’t have the money to pay to have the dog put to sleep or to be looked at by a vet, the staff couldn’t have cared less, they just sent him home saying it will probably die soon.
To this day we regret not helping that puppy and the man.
