I have to say that our experience here was exceptional and couldn’t have wished for a better place to take our little Benji boy.. At first knowing that Benji would need surgery was scary for us as owners and had very little knowledge of the process and what would follow but after walking through those doors for his fist consultation we instantly felt at ease, it’s very welcoming with friendly staff and the specialist made sure we had a clear understanding and helped us step by step so this made us feel confident he was going to be well looked after as well as the amazing overnight nurse giving us information throughout the night helped us sleep easy that night.. we thank you all again at The Austin for the amazing service you provided us and couldn’t be more grateful..
