I took my injured greyhound to this vet. They tried to tell me he needed surgery and wanted to charge me $2400 for the privilege. I insisted on waiting until the next day to take him to my own vet. My vet the next day thought it ridiculous that Trinity Gardens hadn't administered anti inflammatory, only a sedative, and wondered why they had cleaned the wounds but not just stapled them then and there. Awful service, just trying to rort money off me that wasn't needed. Never ever will I set foot in that surgery again. FYI I was charged $670 only (27% of the cost) by my vet the next day to stich and staple the wounds, under sedation only (not surgery). ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
Just another overpriced vet, the service is terrible. From failing at their (way overpaid) jobs, to calling to tell me I had to come to an appointment an hour and a half earlier than I had wanted, from then when I arrived I was told they don't make appointments at 4 so I'm clearly late for a 3:45 and must be mistaken. Not even going to bother going through how terrible the customer service from the actual veterinarians was - except one thing, they were quite happy to tell me how much everything would cost. Would not recommend, they take advantage of the fact that pets are like family to lots of people, and basically just want you to sign over your bank details above all else...
