About Both Banks Vineyard Kingower
We are a small family run business. We grow all our fruit on the vineyard at Kingower and have a small cellar door Tasting Room.
The Both Banks Family Story
In their courting days in 1985 Mark Gilmore and Christine Stevens planted their first vines on a creek flat at Kingower.
They purchased an adjacent Vineyard in 2012.
Mark, Chris and family now harvest red wine grapes from
Both Banks of the Kingower Creek.
The vintage of 2021 called Next Gen was characterised by a wet winter followed by a dryer spring and summer ripening period.
Whilst this wine was growing and maturing the next generation of the Both Banks family were born, Hugo Luca Pitson a son for Tom and Jess and Remy Mervyn Steen a son for Daryl and Kerryn entered this world.
