Shockingly rude amd terrible customer service. I was absolutely appalled. I was trying on a few dresses and one of them was a white maxi dress. When I stepped out of the change room to get my friend's opinion, the sales lady in store quite rudely told me that it wasn't meant to be tried on and to take it off immediately. I profusely apologised as I hadn't realised since the dress was on the rack with all the others and there were no signs stating this. I went to take it off straight away and she ripped open the change room curtain while I was in there half dressed taking it off. Even though we were offended we still apologised and figured we would just leave. She kept telling us off while we were trying to leave the store then told us to never come back. I have never been treated this poorly anywhere in Australia. If I could give a rating lower than one star I would.
