Ben Birkett was recommended to me after Daniel Vogt attempted to repair my IWC Mark 12. While Ben couldn't repair my watch because of the previous watchmakers negligence, Ben and Oliver have been nothing but open, honest and helpful, and all without any charge. For those with an antique clock, pocket watch or Swiss watch to repair, they should take it to Ben Birkett and no-one else.
I brought in a 100-year old Swiss-made pocket watch heirloom which had not been working for quite a few years into Birkett Watches. The watch was fixed on the spot after a number of adjustments with a good explanation by Ben about the watch and the adjustments made. I was very impressed with the prompt service and attention to detail that I received and highly recommend Birkett Watches. Furthermore after attempting to pay, Ben wouldn’t accept any money for the time and work performed. Lucky find for me with a gem of a service.
