Multi-level parking.

The rain water is leaking through the concrete cracks to the central hall and dripping from the ceiling.

We had a task to fix this problem. Well – there is nothing unusual about the given situation. However – there was a need to close the whole parking for at least 4 hours – just enough to do the job.

Yes, according to the rules noisy jobs can’t be performed any later than 7PM – so we couldn’t do this job at night.

The parking was closed from 11AM to 4PM.

In the given time we drilled over 100 holes, installed Mechanical Injection Packers and done the Polyurethane Crack Injection.

Then, the Packers were removed and the cracks opened on 10mm width x 30mm depth with a grinder in order to fill them with Sikadur®-31 CF 2-COMPONENT THIXOTROPIC EPOXY ADHESIVE.

Exactly at 4PM the parking was re-opened.

Recently we’ve started to experience increased demand on Leaking Garage Waterproofing Services. Mostly, the Leaking Garage problem appears in Brick Garage Buildings.

Very common is the situation when the external ground level is higher than a Garage Floor – the difference can be from 100mm to 1500mm, if the house is situated in the hills.

We are doing the real Garage Waterproofing with guaranteed result:

1. First of all we do the Polyurethane Crack Injection – installing the Mechanical Injection Packers into the problem area and applying the High Pressure Crack Injection using the German Webac Machinery.

As the product contacts with moisture, it reacts chemically and expanding, filling every crack of cavity presented. After such procedure there is literally no way for water to get through.

2. On the next day we remove the Crack Injection Packers and patching the holes with Hydro-Cement.

3. As the most problematic area is always the Wall Floor Joint – 90% of Garage Leaks are coming from Wall Floor Joint, we create an additional barrier of 45* Angle Fillet at internal corners between horizontal and vertical surface using Sika Plug – Fast Setting Water Plug.

4. To finish with, we supply and apply two layers of Negative Pressure Waterproofing Membrane to the floor and walls.

This is the Triple Guard against water – supplementing each other and guaranteeing the best Waterproofing Results there can be!
