Steve soon partnered with his son Geoffrey, another fully trade qualified boilermaker/welder, and working together they expanded Bartz Welding & Fabrication to what it is today. This includes the expansion into a large Brisbane south side workshop and employing a team of boilermaker/welders, electricians, diesel mechanics, painters and a team of hydraulic/ fitter technicians.
