Art Therapy will help you to access your subconscious layer by art making, which can explore and express yourself more than express yourself verbally alone. It expects you to increase self-awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, and encouragement, and more. Reiki is a gentle and natural healing technique that brings you a deep relaxation. It expects to release the stress, soothe pains, and tap your innate self-healing ability. Both services offer face-to-face and distant (online).
