Man at the counter was very rude and horrible to my husband and children.
Hubby went in there to buy a few things. My kids not even being in there for a minute had knocked something on the shelf (that was in a box) and he turned around and rudely said ‘Keep and eye on your kids’. They had just gotten in to the store. It’s people like this that make us want to shop at the bigger chains as they’ve got no customer service experience. I understand if my kids were being rowdy and unsettled. But they weren’t. Won’t be coming back!
