New comments: Bidfood has asked us to contact with them to sort out the issues with products and we did. Two seperate complaints were submitted for different orders with different images provided. Two credits were agreed to provide to us. One month later, only one issued and were told the second credit cannot be issued as the images are all the same after we chased many times. Hahahah how funny is that!
Worst communication ever with a supplier.
Original post: No support, no timely service when needed. Very disppointed. Good luck to the other businesses who use them.
