Appointment only. However, when I messaged her I got a response fairly quickly. She is Very helpful, patient and kind. The store has a good selection of wigs with ranging of prices and the wigs look very good. We were allowed to try on before we bought them and as the staff member explained how to wear correctly and the do's and don'ts to take care of the wigs. Will definitely be going back in the near future.
