1300KOALAZ is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sick, injured, orphaned or distressed koalas in South Australia.
We are available to undertake rescues 24/7.
With koalas struggling for survival it is more important than ever to try and save every life we can. All our carers are holders of current Government permits enabling them to care for rescued koalas in their own homes.
We are also committed to regenerating koala habitat lost through bushfire, land clearance for farming or urbanization.
As education is another of our key goals we are available to give talks on koalas and the challenges they face for survival to all ages from age 6 and up.
