I regret having to write this review as I have tried to resolve the issue many times with Adam and Frederique over the past few weeks to no avail. I have had a terrible experience with this company after paying for my order. One of the pieces of glass, the sliding door, needed to be assembled onsite due to its size but this was never completed. The company continues to dispute that this was not an assembly but an installation and wants to charge us for this assembly and for a piece that is missing. They have insinuating that our trades people threw out this missing piece which is not true. Unfortunately, it was never communicated to us on our invoice that the sliding door would arrive unassembled. Dealing with this company has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
