About Shiraz Republic
We are a picturesque winery and brewery with cellar door and taproom overlooking our gorgeous 25-acre Shiraz vineyard and the rustic surroundings of Cornella’s former post office and farm. We are also home to Cornella Brewery, a nano-brewery producing a range of craft beers on site with 10 taps at the bar for tasting.
Open for lunch and tastings daily with function space available for parties and weddings. Live music venue hosting more than monthly concerts featuring local artists accompanied by great food, wine and beer in a relaxed atmosphere.
