You can enjoy whole range of wine tasting with winemaker Atsuko, also Sake tasting (occasionally, and booking is required when it's on).
The cellar door is Art gallery, and exhibition change every two months.
Very delicate black tea and Cheese platter are available to enjoy your relaxing time in Upper Hunter.
