Omadale Brook Estate has been within teh family for almost a century and capitalises on the permanent water race from the Barrington Tops. At an altitude of 460 meters above sea level it is the highest vineyard in the Hunter Valley NSW and allows for a later harvest.
The grapes can remain on the vines for an additional five to six weeks intensifying both the flavour and the colour of the red wines.
