About Wollombi Wines
The first vines were planted on the property in 1994 and what started as a passionate commitment to produce the best Hunter wines continues to this day. Our winery is a high quality boutique family run vineyard and all the vineyard work is carried out by family members so there is a close personal interest in producing the best possible grapes. Our 26 year old Semillon and Shiraz vines receive little irrigation so yields are around 2 tonnes per acre with a focus on quality and not quantity.
