AYF is a boutique urban sanctuary, designed for you to balance the body and mind.
We specialise in Vinyasa Flow yoga, offering classes 7 days a week.
Morning ~ Lunchtime ~ Afternoon ~ Evening classes.
We also offer Beginners ~ Yin ~ Restorative.
We welcome all and look forward to creating a community of like-minded health conscious individuals.

I have tried many different yoga styles/studios, but always come back to Adelaide Yoga Flow. The teachers are warm and friendly, the class sizes are not too large, and the general atmosphere is really nice. Have recommended AYF to many friends, and they have all enjoyed their visits too.
