About CTC Shaping Futures
CTC, known as Capricornia Training Company Limited, partners with local community organisations, industry and Government groups to help shape futures withing the community in the Rockhampton and central Queensland areas that lies within the Capricornia region.
CTC delivers several programs including the YHARS program, a joint federal and state funded initiative, part of the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness (NPAH). YHARS is a free, confidential service for young people aged 12-21 who are experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of becoming homeless.
