About Western Sydney Scouts Bushwalking
Our Adventurous Activity Team is based at Blackheath in NSW. We are a member of the broader GWS Activities Team lead by Commissioner Mark Fell.
Our current format commenced in 2014. We acknowledge our members with continuous service dating back to the November 2000 bushwalking policy. Our team has a strong family atmosphere and we enjoy welcoming back participants as they develop confidence.
As of April 2022 we are able to support two bushwalks every NSW public school holidays. The first weekend generally runs as an entry level overnight while the second a slightly more challenging 3 or 4 day.
Members from other states and regions in NSW are most welcome. We encourage you to contact us and register early.
