Freshly made sandwiches, a selection of hot pies, pasties and sausage rolls - not just one brand. Open from 6:30am to 6:30pm during the week which is awsome, and on weekends & public holidays 8am to 6pm.”

My mother Pam, buys all our meat from colin as we have not beel able to top his high quality products and cuts, and his dedication to pleasing his customers. For a period of about a year Colin's store was shut down due to renervations and like many other illawong familys, we were forced to shop elsewhere for our meats. During this period we noticed the significant difference in quality between competing butchers and began to appreciate our local butcher that little bit more.
