“My husband and I asked John to design a functional wall of cabinetry for our living area keeping in with the style of our home and what he made was exceptional. It opened up the whole room and provided cupboard storage, shelving and an area for our TV and lamp. We couldn't be happier with his work.”
“Andrew Smith took our deposit and then disappeared with our money and never delivered our cabinetry.”
“Sam renovated our kitchen, and we are very pleased with the result. We got 6 quotes, but his ideas, and quote, was certainly the most pleasing. He listened to our needs, then made suggestions. His attention to detail was impressive. He and all of his Staff have a wonderful work ethic, polite and caring. We would recommend Sam very highly . Great job we love it thankyou.”

“Do not waste your time and money calling this business.I rang and spoke to Dave Harris the owner on a Monday morning explained I had a weeks holiday was he able to quote on a kitchen makeover.I was available any day any time just call me as you have guessed Dave was never seen or heard of again what makes things even worse is I live about 15 mins from Daves office if he cant be bothered to phone and say he is to busy or travel the 15 mins to quote what chance have you got of him actually arriving to do work if you even managed a quote.”
“Today I went into this showroom to get a quote for a new kitchen but the very rude receptionist did not even aknowledge I was there and no one offered help............Just lost a $25000 - $30000 for rudeness.”
“Very unhappy. Wanted cubboards to blend in with existing kitchen. Left sample to work from. Told best efforts would be made to match up. Also requested change of width dimension as picked up error in width dimension prior to manufacture. Told 'no problem'. Paid money in good faith. Upon pick up the wood was not matched - after a few visits and all kinds of double talk I was told it would 'darken in six months' (yeh right) ended up taking them anyway (sucker me) - got home and realised the change to width dimension was never made. End result - I have cubboards that are nowhere near matching - AND - I cant fit plates in them (too narrow) so doors don't close. Went back to discuss - got run around. Was told to talk to BSA and if I pay them more money they will rework them. I am filiing at small claims tribunal and will update review pending result. I have these things sitting on my flloor - useless to me.”
