“According to their website, there are no hidden fees, however, they did not give me a quote before they charged me. I was overcharged. Plus, the aircon they repaired on my car did not work and they refused to rectify it.”

“I dropped the car in for a service and 4.5 hours later I received a call from Piva's owner telling me that he was about to begin the service on the car and that he was raising the price of the service by 25%.
They simply decided that the quoted price of the service was not enough.

Obviously the Piva Service Centre think that by quoting a reasonable price to get the job will net them a higher price on the day. Scammers!
