He removed the stains from our carpet old and new. There was an old rust stain on the carpet left by the previous owners which he was able to remove 90% of. I am very impressed and would highly recommend.”

“He quoted an extra $20 for stain removal when the job was done the stains were still visible. So we only paid for the carpet cleaning ($65) he stormed off in a rage. He returned to empty all of the dirty water over our carpet. I tried to reason with him to come back in and clean it up and I would give him the $20 but he said that he wanted $40 and an apology to clean it up. I apologised and again tried to reason with him that we could sort it out but he refused and drove off.”

When he arrived, I was told it would be $124 more than the price I had been quoted over the phone.
When I questionned this, he was incredibly rude and we ended up agreeing that he would only clean one room (as the voucher was prepaid). He did a terrible job and left the carpet soaking wet so I had to get another company to fix the job!”
