Not willing to compromise on cost or honor their guarantee / promise. Horrible customer service. Not at all happy. Definitely not worth calling. Needed to re-vacuum carpets and clean curtains and walls and doors ourselves. ”

“We had our lounge room carpet and 3 seater lounge cleaned. Steve called the afternoon before to confirm the appointment and arrived exactly when we agreed. He removed the stains from our carpet old and new. There was an old rust stain on the carpet left by the previous owners which he was able to remove 90% of. I am very impressed and would highly recommend.”

“He quoted an extra $20 for stain removal when the job was done the stains were still visible. So we only paid for the carpet cleaning ($65) he stormed off in a rage. He returned to empty all of the dirty water over our carpet. I tried to reason with him to come back in and clean it up and I would give him the $20 but he said that he wanted $40 and an apology to clean it up. I apologised and again tried to reason with him that we could sort it out but he refused and drove off.”

When he arrived, I was told it would be $124 more than the price I had been quoted over the phone.
When I questionned this, he was incredibly rude and we ended up agreeing that he would only clean one room (as the voucher was prepaid). He did a terrible job and left the carpet soaking wet so I had to get another company to fix the job!”
