We met our driver Steve who was such a professional and lovely man and a true credit to the Martins Coach Line. The show was remarkable but the fact we had Steve to look after us made the day even better. Thank you”

They don't provide the service they are paid for and if you ask for refund they just ignore you.
There is no space here to explain my personal experience but you can have a look on the web, there are plenty of bad feedbacks about this company.”

“Had to get to the airport a few weeks ago from Parramatta and booked Sydney Shuttle Service which saved time and money. Great value, really easy and premium service. So much simpler than trying to drive in and park. Thanks guys”

“I recently traveled with Integrity from Newman to Perth and must make comment on the methodical and professional manner that the two drivers conducted themselves. They both drove safely and ran the bus trip and passengers efficiently. The drivers were Ross and David.”

“Bad service. I booked my return pick up via the internet the day before my arrival. I got a email acknowledging the booking. The data, time and flight information is correct but nobody turned up. I called the company and they said they thought the booking is for the day after. They refused to send anybody to pick us up and just asked us to take a taxi. This is totally unacceptable service.”

“Meet and Greet service for $15! Not bad at all. I had heaps of luggage so the whole time i was worried it was gonna cause me problems, but the driver was so helpful, he was fantastic! The bus drops you off to the hotel and your don't change buses so its handy.
Excellent service overall.”

“When we went to Sydney for our team trip away we used busn around to get our team from the airport to our hotel and then we did a day tour with them. Everybody (except Jacko who is never happy) was very impressed and the service was fantastic. I hope we get the same service in Melborne for our next trip.”
