“I ordered a product from them that was falsely advertised and not fit for purpose. They agreed to refund if I returned, but after I returned, they have just ignored me and didnt refund, dishonest merchant - avoid them!”

“They fixed my PC when other computer shops just wanted me to buy a new one. I also had a laptop that I bought from another computer shop that I dropped it off my lap.I was told by other shops that I didn't have warranty on any more.Richard at Travtech rang up the laptop manufacture and found out that I still had 1 months warranty and that it could be sent back for repairs. They are not a shop front more like a work shop but this means they can concentrate on repairs more instead of retail sales. The down side is they are not always open but the plus is they are open when other computer shops are shut. I have even rang them up at 8pm and they said 'yes bring it in" and it was ready for me to pick up the next day.”
