We had two sidewalk jobs: one a repair and the other a full replacement. The price was reasonable. They offered the full service including getting the required permits by the city. They started work on schedule and completed in time. All of the Brosna team were very professional from Thurlene in scheduling to the construction crew.

“Chris is a terrible businessman. We had work done by him and the whole process was terrible. Doesn't show up on time, and twice didn't show up at all. No calls or anything to let you know. Now that there is an issue with the product we purchased, he doesn't return calls or texts to rectify the issue. Watch out, he's a scam artist.”

“Very very poor workmanship. A basic cement slab for a 3x3 garden shed ended up 80mm out of square and 20mm under size. Asked to fix the issue and advised I wouldn't pay until fixed. Abusive phone call followed, saying he would bring the bobcat in and turn the slab upside down. Report has been made to QBBC, but please save yourself the hassle and do not contact this company for work. I'm now out of pocket having to have the slab fixed up.”

“This guy wanted an advance of 2500 for a job quoted at 3500. Luckily we only paid him 1000. He dug up the front haphazardly and then left the dirt piled up in front of our doorway and disappeared with our money. Now does not answer our calls or texts. We ended up paying over 1000 to another excavator to complete the job and take soil away. Very disappointed and annoyed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.”

The finished product was rushed, and not to a satisfactory standard. The workers (no manager) were there until after 6pm, struggling to get the job finished that day. I observed that they did the job start to finish in 1 day. How can anyone make their workers go so hard? I had them do my garage, driveway and crossover. Never choose this company.”

“i have recently got the House concrete slab done by them.they poured the lower grade concrete N20 that specified by structural Engineer as N25.More over they poured on rainy day which results the weak top layer.Now my house project is stand still & got delayed and i am paying for the testing & all other charges.there workmanship is poor. if one wants to spoil their project then hire them ”

Took six weeks to complete 2 weeks worth of work and then disappeared without completing the job. We then needed to find another company to complete the work as Express Concreting became uncontactable. The additional work cost us additional money. We would not recommend this company to anyone due to the stress and expense created for us.”

They did not seek appropriate approval with council before booking in to complete the job or advise me that it could be required Then when they turned up they refused to complete the job, I lost the money I had paid based on there cancellation policy.

I was unable to contact them on a number of occasions and they did not call back when they said they would to reschedule. I found the communication and customer service terrible.”
