The communication that you receive is absolutely ZERO; they don't respond to emails, they don't confirm receipt of documents even when you explicitly ask them to, and you have to do all of the chasing.
The one thing that they do manage is to start sending you invoices for their services before settlement is even complete.
They did manage to settle our property on time (hence the two stars), but it was a stressful and frustrating experience. Just don't - you can do so much better.”
