“This company is a joke. My ex-boyfriend left me with a huge mobile phone bill and they are expecting me to pay it. They have made claims that they have recieved documents off my ex and his family stating they don't know me but when I have asked to be sent copies of these documents they tell me they cannot send them too me. I have explained to them that I can pay the base rate for this debt as I have a baby on the way and I am only on Youth Allowance but they have threatened to debit the money out of my accounts, ring centrelink on me and get my payments sent to them until the debt is paid, they have also told me that my base rate of payment is not allowed. I have been putting up with this companies abuse for nearly 3 years! I get phone calls at all hours of the night and day and I have never been spoken to so rudely. Something needs to be done about them.”
