This is not a BUPA member's first dentist- so we are often significantly out of pocket. We have been coming here for several years with all 3 children and I have mixed feelings. Karen is gentle, caring and informative and the reception staff are knowledgeable and have always done their best to help us. The main dentist, to my knowledge, is not an orthodontist but a general dentist. We were not aware of this until it was pointed out in the orthodontic contract we signed for our kid's braces. This left me feeling fairly unhappy. Although general dentists can perform orthodontics, we didn't know that he wasn't an orthodontist until this point. This was after all the consultations and x-rays.

I have just finished having the old amalgam fillings removed by the wonderful dentist Gillian. I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. She talked me through each step, was quick and the result was perfect.

I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.
